Rehabilitation
Unfortunately rehabilitation is something that we will all need at sometime in our life. We all have to endure injuries and illness, and whether you are a high performance athlete an everyday person or someone who suffers from a disability of some kind, doing the correct rehabilitation is very important.
Obviously a lot of sports people suffer from common sports injuries e.g. back, knee ankle etc where it is vital to do the correct rehab exercises in order to re regain the strength in the weakened area and also to prevent reaccurance of the same injury at a later date.

However it is not just sports people who suffer from injury. How often do everyday people suffer from back problems & stiff necks due to work and sleeping patterns. How often do we hear someone say "My back's gone again" or " I must have slept funny"
It is also more common now for people to have knee and hip replacements and other minor operations on parts of their body. If the corrective rehabilitation exercises are not done, not only is it likely that the injury will re occur but people will find that when doing everyday things like walking, bending over etc it causes
them discomfort and pain.
For people who have cetain disabilities rehabilitation is obviously vital. Realistically it is not possible for someone who has been confined to a wheel chair for many years to walk again, however for people who have suffered a stroke, been in a car accident, fallen down the stairs etc rehabilitation can rapidly speed up their recovery enabling them to do everyday things again.
