Sports specific training is for the more serious athlete, its sports specific training which will improve you at whatever sport you participate in. If you're looking to improve your speed, power, strength, or endurance, to maximise you level of performance, this is for you.

Having trained many top level athletes who compete either professionally or semi professionally including footballers, rugby players, tri athletes, and runners, and also having competed myself at a high standard, I understand how important reaching your maximum fitness levels are.
Obviously training to these levels are demanding and is not for everyone, but if like me you like to train yourself to the max in order to perform to your highest standard, this training is a must.

Like with all my clients, we will identify areas which need improving and then work on them intensively, and the areas in which you are strong, we will improve them further. I will take you to your limit, and then take you that one step further. So then the next time you go out to perform, you know physically and mentally your stronger than before.
