I had been training consistantly with various personal trainers over the last 3 years before training with Leo. I'd spent a considerable amount of time, dedication and money but my personal goals were not being reached which caused me to be disheartened. It has only been since working with Leo I realise how valuable his knowledge and expertise is and I'm continually amazed by his understanding of the human body and spirit. He has been supportive, encouraging and most impressively has given me my enthusiasm back with regards to keeping fit. Having worked with various other trainers I can honestly say Leo is without doubt in a different league to them.

Neo
March 2009 I called Leo and asked for a complimentary session, because I needed a personal trainer but wanted a test run before commiting long term.
A year down the line I train with Leo 3 times a week and have shed 14 kilos.
Deciding to train with Leo has been a great decision for me phisically and mentally, not only do I look better but I feel much more confident in myself.

I started training with Leo over 2 years ago, needing to improve my core muscles and fitness levels for running.
Since training, my core muscles have improved greatly, I have gone from not being able to sit on a core ball to being able to squat on one.
My fitness levels are much better and I broke my 10k run time by nearly 5 minutes.

Without making me bigger Leo has improved my strength and muscle endurance as well as giving me a more cut and defined look. I feel and look great and go into each competition with the confidence of knowing I can win.

We compete in triathlons in England and across Europe and were looking for someone to help us improve. We gave Leo a call and he devised a programme that he said, would help our stamina, strength endurance and core stability.
We competed in the London Triathlon with both of us setting new personal best times. We then continued training with Leo and three months later competed in the Barcelona Triathlon. Again, both breaking our personal best times. Myself by a staggering further 22 minutes.

I train with Leo to improve and maintain my stength & power. Out of season 3 times a week and during season once a week. Leo knows his stuff and works me hard which is exactly what I want. Come match day phisically I know I'm ready to play at my best.

I trained with Leo for 2 months last year but then because of having to work abroad for 3 months my training with Leo stopped. I gained over half a stone in the time I was away and was feeling out of shape. When I returned to London I re started training with Leo and within 6 weeks I knocked off my excess weight and felt good again. Training with Leo is a must for me and gives me the confidence I need for my work.

I'm training to go into the ministry of defence, to get a placement I knew I needed to be fitter and stronger, so I hired Leo to get me to the levels I needed.
I'm at a stage now where I am stronger in all areas and each time I do one of Leo's fitness tests my previous time is beaten.

At first I approached Leo to see if he could help me with my fitness and also my posture because i was aware one side of my back was weaker than the other. AlsoI love skiing and rambling but have had the misfortune of dislocating my knee 3 times. When I started training with Leo he said that I needede to build up the supporting muscles around my knee, otherwise my skiing and rambling days would be over. Leo has mixed core work for my back with specific leg strengthening exercises for my knee whilst still doing fitness work with me. My posture is much improved, I'm fitter and have been on two skiing holidays, thus the knee has been good too.

Leo was my personal trainer for 6 weeks only.
In this six weeks I lost 9lbs over half a stone! The only reason I no longer train with Leo is because I had to relocate to Swindon.
Training was tough at times but well, well worth it.

Since training with Leo i have lost nearly 2 stones, dropping from 15.5 to 13.8 stones.
My fitness is the best its ever been and although training is sometimes tough with Leo pushing me, its all been well worth it and I would strongly recommend him.
